Your name is the brand.
If you’re the face of the business, your LinkedIn profile matters more than your homepage.
Step 1: Positioning
Start with the headline. Avoid default job titles. Instead of: “CEO at Hyer Buzz” Use: “Founder, Hyer Buzz | Helping Brands Build Authority Through Copy That Converts”
Write a summary that:
States what you do.
Explains who you help.
Shows how you deliver results.
Adds proof (metrics, clients, media mentions).
Skip jargon. Be specific. This is not a resume, it’s a pitch.
If you’re just starting out, stay away from automated growth hacks. Avoid fake visuals and copy/paste templates. Don’t post content you wouldn’t engage with yourself.
Step 2: Consistent Posting
Post 3–4x per week.
Content pillars to rotate:
Industry opinions
Leadership lessons
Behind-the-scenes from your business
Wins, milestones, and lessons learned
Use strong hooks:
“Most founders get this wrong.”
“Our launch failed. Here’s why.”
“This is how we hired our first 10 employees.”
Never bury the insight. Front-load the value.
Don’t post generic AI-generated content. And don’t post just to post.
Step 3: Engagement Strategy
Comment meaningfully on:
Industry peers
Ideal clients
Media outlets in your space
This isn’t networking. It’s positioning.
Send DMs. Connect with value. Not spam.
If you're new to this, don't buy followers or use automation tools. These won’t help if you haven’t defined your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). Growing the wrong network will do more harm than good.
Use Personal CTAs
“Want a content strategy like this for your brand? Let’s talk.”
“We build LinkedIn profiles that grow reputations. Reach out.”
“Need help positioning your brand online? We do this every day.”
Founders who show up consistently outperform those who stay invisible. If you're building something, your personal profile needs to reflect that.
Let Hyer Buzz help you set up a professional presence from positioning to content execution. We're not here to grow your likes. We're here to grow your business.
How Newsletters Help Build Followers and Trust
Start a LinkedIn Newsletter from your personal or company profile.
Tips:
Choose a clear title (e.g., The Brand Growth Memo).
Define a schedule: Weekly or biweekly.
Make each edition 300–500 words.
Content ideas:
A breakdown of an industry trend.
A behind-the-scenes look at a recent client win.
A roundup of your top-performing posts that month.
Original insights your audience can’t get elsewhere.
Include visuals. Always end with a CTA: “Enjoyed this breakdown? Follow our page for more.”
Start small. One edition a week. Don’t overpromise. Avoid shortcuts. No AI summaries. No fake metrics. And no spammy CTAs.
Newsletters drive consistency and authority. If you’re serious about building a brand, this is where you begin.
Your content deserves to be seen, contact Hyer Buzz to make it happen.
